Via Verdi is one of the most famous and important streets of Trento.

The university library and the universities of Economics, Law, Literature and Philosophy, as well as the historic department of Sociology are very close to our apartments.

Along the road towards Piazza Duomo, you will see the Trento Philharmonic Society (1795), just before reaching the main entrance of the Cathedral of San Vigilio (1212).

Crossing Piazza Duomo (350 meters from our apartments) you will see many historic buildings, the fountain of Neptune and the Palazzo Pretorio, residence of the Tridentine bishops between the 9th and 10th centuries, now home of the Tridentine Diocesan Museum.

Turning right, with a short walk through the historic city centre you will reach Piazza Fiera, home of the Christmas markets.

The MUSE science museum, the Social Theater and the Buonconsiglio Castle (13th – 18th centuries) are also within easy walking distance.

Numerous wine/cocktails bars and restaurants are very close to our attics.
